Shipping

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for your jewellery will be calculated at checkout and depends on the cart size, your delivery location, and your preferred delivery method. We offer various shipping options to best suit your needs.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. We typically aim for delivery within [estimated timeframe, e.g., 5-10 business days] after order confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your jewellery items is shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Delivery Process: Upon arrival, your jewellery items will be delivered to the designated location on your property. It’s important to ensure the delivery path is clear.

Returns

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for new, unused jewellery . If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs. Used jewellery items are not eligible for return.

Return Process:

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RA): To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@purrblissful.com or call us at +1 (307) 230-0326 within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with an RA number for reference.

  2. Prepare the Jewellery items: Package the jewellery items securely in its original packaging, if possible. Ensure it’s properly secured for transport to avoid damage.

  3. Return Shipping: Ship the Jewellery items to the following address, referencing your RA number on the package:

    We recommend insuring the shipment for its full value and obtaining a tracking number for your records.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned items and verify its condition is new and unused, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-ordered Items
