Refund and Returns Policy
Purrblissful (“we” or “us”) is committed to providing our customers with high-quality Jewellery and excellent service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-days return policy.
Returns
You may return a new, unused cargo Jewellery within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping costs. We cannot accept returns on used Jewellery items.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at contact@purrblissful.com.
- Package the Jewellery items securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Ship the Jewellery items to the following address, referencing your RA number on the package: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801
- We recommend that you insure the shipment for its full value and obtain a tracking number.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned Jewellery and verify that it is in new, unused condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping costs. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used items
- Custom-ordered items
